Terms
All accounts are COD unless prior credit approval has benn arranged. Open P.O. accounts are Net 30. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month service charge. There will be no shipments after a 60 day past due amount. The account must be brought current and all fees including all Late Service Charges must be paid before production will resume. A $30.00 Return Check Fee will be assessed for any returned check. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellations and Returns
All products are custom made to order, and cannot be cancelled after the start of production. Any claim must be made within 10 days of receipt.
The only returns we can accept is if DonnPaul Graphix makes an error on your order. We will gladly replace your items free of charge. Just return the incorrect items to us. Any claim must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Minimums
Minimum invoice charge of $20.00 will apply to all orders. No orders will be able to be sent until you have atleast $20.00 in you shopping cart.
Chenille Digitized Setup
There is a Computerized Setup charge for new designs when ordering less than 6 alike items and for all custom personal orders.
Quotes
Send a copy of your sample via fax, mail or e-mail. Please measure from chain to chain, top to bottom, and side to side along with the column widths.
Shipping
We are always looking for the most effiecient and accurate way of shipping. All orders will be charged FOB Grain Valley, MO plus shipping and handling. Split shipments will be charged handling and freight for each destination.
Washing Emblems
We do not guarantee the wash ability of our chenille emblems, due to variables, such as hot or cold water or detergent strength. Therefore, we recommend dry cleaning the emblems.
